Is Secure FM an SIA Approved Contractor?
Yes. Secure FM Ltd is part of the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme for security guarding, and you can check our status on the official SIA register. We are also ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 accredited, certified to COP 119, and fully insured.
Which areas of the UK do you cover?
We cover the whole of the UK, with local teams backed by central support. Our head office is in London.
What security and facilities services do you provide?
Manned guarding and concierge, key holding and alarm response, mobile patrols and property checks, waking watch officers, retail security guards, traffic marshals, vacant property security, and cleaning and property management.
How are your security officers vetted?
All officers are screened to BS 7858 and trained to standard. Our guarding officers are SIA licensed.

How do you start a new contract?
We survey the site, carry out a risk assessment, agree assignment instructions, patrol patterns and escalation routes, then select officers to suit. You get a dedicated contract manager and regular KPI reviews.
Do you provide cleaning as well as security?
Yes. We provide communal area, office and deep cleaning and property management support, so you can use one supplier for security and facilities.
