24/7 help desk

Our 24-hour help desk serves as a critical component in our operations, with the primary goal of eliminating communication barriers between our customers and us. Additionally, it empowers our management team by ensuring that the right personnel are deployed to the appropriate locations, thus enhancing our overall efficiency.

Our integrated software, Steel Toe, provides our controllers and site managers with the ability to monitor shift patterns and confirm the presence of staff. The software also streamlines the check-call process and tracks book-ons and book-offs via GPS, ensuring that officers arrive and depart their designated sites at the correct times.

To ensure optimal service, our 24/7 customer services team verifies job details, incorporates them into the system, and assigns them to our high-quality staff.

Relationship Management

As part of our relationship management approach, SecureFM assigns a site manager to each new contract to undertake the following tasks:

  • Thoroughly identifying the client’s specific needs and requirements
  • Conducting a comprehensive site survey to assess the area of operation
  • Identifying any potential hazards to ensure that appropriate health and safety measures are put in place.

Training our officers according to the specific requirements of the client to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge for the job.
